The Aquanello Eterna thermostatic recessed shower set in PVD copper (ET-S-SET2-1-62) is a complete shower solution that combines luxury, comfort, and minimalist design. The set includes a thermostatic recessed faucet with two separate shut-off valves, a round Ø200 mm rain shower with ceiling connection, and a slim handheld shower.
The visible metal parts are made of stainless steel and feature a high-quality copper-colored PVD finish. This combines the strength of stainless steel with a warm, distinctive copper color and a durable surface finish that offers excellent wear resistance, strong adhesion, and color stability under normal use.
Since the technical faucet components are largely mounted behind the wall, only the carefully designed controls and shower components remain visible. This creates a serene, luxurious, and minimalist shower environment.
Thermostatic concealed shower set with 2 shut-off valves
At the heart of the ET-S-SET2-1-62 is a thermostatic concealed faucet. This allows you to set the desired water temperature and maintain it as consistently as possible while showering.
In addition to the thermostatic temperature control, this model features two separate shut-off valves. Each shower function therefore has its own control to turn the water flow on and off.
The two shower functions are:
- Rain shower / overhead shower
- Handheld shower
Two separate shut-off valves
An important feature of this model is that the two shower functions are not controlled via a single central diverter.
Instead, both the overhead shower and the handheld shower have their own shut-off valves. This allows the water functions to be turned on and off separately.
This design ensures intuitive operation and also gives the shower wall the luxurious, modular look that is characteristic of the Aquanello Eterna series.
Round rain showerhead, Ø200 mm
The set includes a round rain showerhead with a diameter of 200 mm. The wide shower surface ensures a comfortable and evenly distributed water spray.
The round and flat shape of the overhead shower head perfectly complements the cylindrical control elements and other shower components from the Eterna series.
Rain shower with ceiling connection
With the ET-S-SET2-1-62, the overhead shower is mounted directly from the ceiling.
This eliminates the need for a shower arm extending from the wall and allows the rain shower to be positioned centrally above the shower area.
The ceiling-mounted design creates a particularly sleek and architectural shower aesthetic and is ideal for modern walk-in showers where minimal visible plumbing is desired.
Slim-profile hand shower
In addition to the fixed rain shower, the ET-S-SET2-1-62 features a slim-profile handheld shower.
Its cylindrical shape perfectly complements the rounded lines of the thermostat control, shut-off valves, and overhead shower.
The hand shower offers extra flexibility for, among other things:
- Targeted rinsing
- Washing hair
- Cleaning the shower
- Showering without using the overhead shower
Hand shower set without a shower rail
This model comes without a shower rail. The hand shower is combined with a compact wall-mounted unit and a shower hose.
This minimizes the number of visible components, keeping the wall appearance sleek and minimalist.
Stainless steel base with copper-colored PVD finish
The visible metal parts of the ET-S-SET2-1-62 are made of stainless steel as the base material.
A high-quality copper-colored PVD coating is applied to this base. This combines the strength and durability of stainless steel with the warm, luxurious look of dark copper.
Durable PVD technology
The copper-colored finish is applied using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology. This process applies a very thin yet hard decorative layer to the stainless steel surface.
PVD is known for its excellent wear resistance, strong adhesion, and color stability under normal use. This makes this surface treatment particularly suitable for high-quality bathroom products that are used daily.
The PVD layer provides a durable finish that withstands daily use better than many conventional decorative coatings.
Advantages of PVD copper
- Stainless steel base material: strong and durable foundation
- Good wear resistance: suitable for daily bathroom use
- Strong adhesion: the PVD coating adheres firmly to the stainless steel surface
- Color stability: designed to maintain the copper-colored appearance over the long term
- Durable surface finish: highly resistant to normal daily use
- Luxurious appearance: warm and distinctive copper color
To preserve the PVD finish, we recommend cleaning the shower components with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh, highly acidic, or alkaline cleaning products.
Thermostatic shower comfort
The thermostatic control provides extra comfort while showering. Once the desired temperature is set, the thermostat automatically adjusts the ratio of hot to cold water to keep the set temperature as stable as possible.
This eliminates the need to manually adjust the water mix each time, as is the case with a traditional non-thermostatic faucet.
Most of the technology is hidden behind the wall
With this built-in shower set, the technical faucet components are installed behind the wall.
On the visible side, only the thermostatic control, the two shut-off valves, the hand shower set, and the overhead shower remain visible.
This offers several advantages:
- Minimalist wall appearance: few visible technical components
- More space to move: no large surface-mounted faucet on the wall
- Sleek appearance: ideal for modern walk-in showers
- Intuitive operation: each shower function has its own shut-off valve
Minimalist Eterna design
The Aquanello Eterna series is characterized by rounded shapes, sleek proportions, and minimalist details.
In the ET-S-SET2-1-62, the thermostat control, both shut-off valves, the round overhead shower, ceiling connection, and sleek hand shower are perfectly coordinated.
The warm copper-colored PVD finish pairs beautifully with materials such as:
- Travertine
- Marble
- Natural stone
- Concrete-look
- Wood and wood-look
- Light-colored ceramic
Complete shower solution
The ET-S-SET2-1-62 is designed as a complete shower solution featuring both a comfortable rain shower and a flexible hand shower.
The combination of thermostatic temperature control and two separate shut-off valves ensures that both shower functions can be operated easily and comfortably.
